Who is eligible?

Graduates or Polytechnic students aspiring to excel can join the Japan Immersion Program. Open to all Engineering, BCA, MCA, MBA, MTech, BHM, and BSc Nursing candidates passionate about growth.

The Program

The program begins in India with Japanese N5 & N4 training and immigration documentation. In Japan, candidates join a one-year immersion program while working part-time throughout the duration.

Part-time Jobs in Japan

Plenty of part-time jobs in Japan across retail, marketing, hospitality, factories, and food industry. Earn JPY 100,000–120,000 monthly, working 28 hours weekly, with extended hours during vacations.

Full-time Jobs in Japan

To work in Japan, minimum N3 Japanese proficiency is required. Full-time jobs, typically in core study fields, are obtained via campus interviews, job fairs, direct or referral hires, in Japan or globally.

Salaries in Japan

Salaries in Japan often include: biannual bonuses (14 months’ pay), 50% rent allowance with advance, overtime (32 hrs/month), partial company-paid insurance, and commutation/travel allowance.

The Japan Immersion Program is a Work & Learn opportunity that allows students to study Japanese language, pursue higher education, and gain professional work experience in Japan, while earning to support their living and education.

 • Any Engineering, MCA, MBA, BCA, MTech, or Diploma candidate
• Minimum 55% aggregate marks with no backlogs 

  • N5 & N4 Japanese language training (350+ hours, 5 days a week, 2 hours per day)

  • Application process & immigration documentation

  • Immigration interview with Japan

  • Certificate of Eligibility (COE) issued

  • Visa application and travel to Japan

  • Begin part-time work (28 hours/week, 40 hours during holidays)

  • Earn INR 60,000–80,000/month (up to 1.2 lakhs/month in holidays)

  • Continue Japanese language training (N3 level)

  • On completion of N3, transition into a full-time core job

  • Part-time: Retail, Marketing, Hospitality, Factories, Food & Beverage, etc.

  • Full-time (after N3): Core jobs only, aligned with your qualification.

 • Core job base salary: JPY 2,50,000 to 3,50,000 per month
